Steam mod downloaded but not showing up

This mod could of been something great but unfortunately it was poorly executed on way too many levels. It’s clear that a lot of effort went into this mod but I expected more from 6 years in development.

I'm not saying it's good\great\whatever, but it's consistent in quality at any time of day, at any height, at any place, and it's 100% playable (at least for now, lol).

Troubleshooting. If you're having trouble running the mod, take a look around this page DO NOT download the 64 bit version but vc_redist.x86.exe.
